I was fortunate enough to hook up with Julie and her team whilst looking for a property in the Rockford area. Julie made the process much easier as I was informed every step of the way through the process. Phone calls and emails were answered very quickly - even into the evening. Our move wasn't the simplest of moves as we were emigrating from the UK, and typically the closing date in the UK is fluid, which is a lot different to the US - this whole process can be very stressful at times. But thankfully, Julie and her team took the stress from the buying side away. We were offered extra services like the attorney and inspection team - both of which were competitively priced, and they all worked in hand with each other. We are so pleased with our house, so a big thank you to Julie Holen - Thanks again!!

There are not enough stars to click! Julie H had an amazing market analysis when she came to my house for the first time. She thoroughly explained the current state of the housing market (Covid-19)and gave me multiple scenarios of what I could expect. Needless to say it was no brainier to go with them. Overall the experience with Pioneer Real Estate selling my condo was just first class. 30 days on market and sold!! Julie displayed passion, dedication and hard work through out the whole process. The entire team is very professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They really have your best interest when working with you. Although I wasn’t able to tour homes with Julie, as I was living in Dallas at the time, I knew I could trust her guidance and taste.
